Secure marketplace tools, transparent pricing and support for every OSRS player.

These terms explain how Skillnest Services handles marketplace orders, account services and OSRS GP transactions. By opening a ticket or placing an order, you agree to follow them.

Skillnest Services may update these terms at any time. Please review them whenever you use our services.
Do not log in to an account while a service is being completed on it.
Change your account password as soon as the service is finished.
Refunds cannot be processed after work has started. If a refund is approved, it covers only the unfinished portion of the order.
All services must be paid in full before work begins, including any requirements needed for a quest or other service.
If an account is missing requirements, we will ask whether you prefer a refund for that portion or payment to obtain the requirements.
Impersonators may try to scam customers. Always verify our Discord account and unique ID before sending funds or account information.
We never use macros, advertise, or exploit bugs on customer accounts.
Remove excess gold and items from your account before a service begins.
Orders are completed by Skillnest Services and its trusted team members.
Breaking these rules may result in service termination and loss of payment.
All completion times are estimates. An order may finish sooner or later than the projected timeframe.
Skillnest Services is not responsible for mutes, bans, locks, Hardcore Ironman deaths, restricted-account stat changes, or wealth loss that occurs before, during, or after a service.
All worker communication must remain inside the order ticket. Send account information only through the private channel requested by support.
Skillnest Services reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for operational, security, or compliance reasons.
Submitting a ticket confirms acceptance of these terms. Orders must be placed through the official Skillnest Services Discord server.

OSRS GP BUY & SELL

Skillnest Services is not liable for bans or other account actions connected to buying or selling GP.
We may refuse a payment or transaction for any customer at any time.
For fraud prevention or compliance, we may request government-issued photo ID, proof of address, phone verification, text verification, or a selfie verification. If a dispute occurs, information may be shared with legal authorities or relevant third parties where required to investigate fraud.
If a GP order remains undelivered for more than 24 hours and we cannot complete it, we will issue a full refund. Once digital goods or in-game GP have been delivered, the transaction is non-refundable.
GP rates change with supply and demand. If the #gp-stock information is outdated, open a ticket to confirm the current stock and rate.
